If your coverage requires out of pocket medical/dental expenses, you can enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for health care. This allows you to reserve a portion of your paycheck in a tax-free fund for covering healthcare expenses.
We are also committed to providing employees with the tools to understand and learn more about their health choices and risks through a confidential Health Risk Assessment. Based on the results, we will provide wellness programs to give you more information on topics such as diabetes, weight control, smoking cessation and nutrition to name a few.
Teamvantage offers all full-time employees and their dependents dental coverage through Delta Dental. Select an in-network dentist to maximize your savings and reduce your out-of-pocket costs.
Prescription drug coverage is offered through our medical plan. You can choose to have prescriptions filled through either a retail or mail service pharmacy. We also offer an option to have 90-day refills at a retail pharmacy – a nice alternative to mail order!
All employees are enrolled in Short Term Disability Coverage which allows you to take time off for a non-work related injury or illness. Employees are also enrolled in Long Term Disability coverage, helping you replace part of your pay after your Short-Term Disability expires. Long-Term Disability is provided at NO cost to you!
Furthering your career sometimes means you need to further your education. Teamvantage supports employees who wish to further their education in a related field and will provide reimbursement for a portion of your educational related expenses. Paid Time Off
