Equipped with multiple state-of-the-art coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) each running the most current version of PCDMIS Software and experienced technicians to operate each machine; one programmable video measurement system with QC-3000 software as well as an OGP SmartScope 302. Complete project management, engineering and production support with new project qualification, advanced quality planning, Cpk/Ppk studies and ongoing production evaluation.
64+ Injection Molding Machines
Clamp tonnages of 20 – 715 tons and shot sizes from 0.07 to 107 ounces. Every molding machine is equipped with a robot or picker.
